Abstract

Portal "Electronic record in PEI" was created in order to obtain a convenient information resource, which consolidated information on the location and the specific educational services to all pre-school (kindergarten) in Kyiv, and based on this resource to introduce a system that allows parents - residents of the city, burn their children for entry into preschool education via the Internet. Using cloud technology Kiev parents of small children registering for kindergarten through the portal www.dnz.kiev.ua
