Abstract

Creation of a common information space that would provide access for all schools, teachers, students and even parents to quality secondary education has long remained elusive. The emergence of cloud technologies will ensure the realization of this idea and will promote capacity development and use of electronic educational resources in the educational process in conventional schools. This article deals with the basic ideas of cloud technology "infrastructure as a service" for example Touchdevelop. We describe its capabilities in the development of electronic educational game resources, the features, the concepts of social media programming, generalized feasibility of secondary education, are examples of the development of electronic educational resources
