Abstract

The Law of Ukraine "On Preschool Education" are the first link in the modernization of education - improving its content and humanization of the purposes and principles of modernizing educational technologies, bringing them into line with the requirements of the network society. At the present stage, the update management component, the transition to e-government. Connecting to the Internet has enabled managers preschools use in the management of cloud technology. They have become more accessible to educators, due to several factors: the capacity of network equipment is constantly increasing (kindergartens connected via ADSL technology with the capacity 5Mbit / s), develops hardware virtualization, which improves performance of cloud technologies, decrease power consumption hardware.
