Abstract
The paper analyzes the status and prospects of EER in secondary schools, disclosed terms of analysis, evaluation and systematization requirements for electronic educational resources peculiarities of criteria of design and structural elements of EER (content, software and methodology), the requirements for the structural elements of their contents, to EER include constructor features designer lesson.
