Abstract
The article is devoted to the development of information and communication competence of scientists. The proposed training program on the use of digital libraries. The recommendations on the teaching of the program, which will help increase the level of information and communication competence of scientists will learn the basic rules of working with scientific electronic library, methods of upgrading professional activity by technology and resources of scientific digital libraries.
