Abstract

The paper presents contents of the section of the operating system for the study in the 6th grade. It is recommended to start studying the section with basic information about the graphical user interface. The main attention is paid to elements of the desktop, main menu and windows of the operating system. Provided basic information about the file system, folders and files and operations on them. Demonstrated two ways to search for objects in the operating system.
