Abstract

In this edition provided guidelines for the development of educational programs in the context of the new Law of Ukraine "On Higher Education" (three cycle structure of higher education, ECTS NLC competence and learning outcomes) and documents of the European Higher Education generalized international and Ukrainian experience. The publication is addressed to representatives of higher education, government and business to guide in the development and modernization of educational programs in terms of European integration of national higher education.
