Abstract
Informatization of research activities is an important factor in the formation of modern infrastructure of research institutions, which is important in the development of the information society and the transition to the knowledge society. The main form of activity of scientific institutions of scientific research. The problem of Informatization of scientific research, regardless of their subject area connected with the organization, planning, control and monitoring of their implementation, i.e. the management processes, covering such institutional sphere of the state as a socio-economic system. Financing activities and, accordingly, the management of such a system mainly from the state budget and is subject to state regulations. It provides structure for workflow and business processes involved in carrying out research that is a prerequisite for the consideration of the management of scientific activities as the main problems of information.
