Abstract

Currently, global information networks are inseparable from the life of complex social, informational and legal phenomenon. Online focused a tremendous amount of very diverse information. This can be find and use in those or other purposes. To protect the results of creativity, copyright is directly related to the protection of individual liberty, human rights in General. Most often plagiarism is reflected in the attribution of authorship to other people's intellectual works by publishing them under his own name. Plagiarism is also possible in partial use of someone else's work or quoting without referencing the source.
