Abstract

The main form of activity of scientific institutions of scientific research. The problem of Informatization of scientific research, regardless of their subject area connected with the organization, planning, control and monitoring of their implementation, i.e. the management processes, covering such institutional sphere, as the state socio-economic system. Financing activities and, accordingly, the management of such a system mainly from the state budget and is subject to state regulations. It provides structure for workflow and business processes involved in carrying out research.
