Abstract
Cloud computing is a progressive and promising solution, one element of revolutionary "third IT platform." Their rapid expansion is now one of the key trends that in the coming years significantly affect global development education in general and secondary education in particular. The introduction of cloud computing in general secondary education requires the implementation of educational models weighed to ensure optimal use and mobility during the educational process in a time limit and enhance the training of students in school time. The article describes the component model cloud-based learning environment educational institution (COLE CEI), defined the learning environment, set the basic components of the functioning of space-semantic component COLE, its objectives and benefits of using described repository of educational content as part of CSE; unclear goals, objectives and contents of content and methodological component COLE; the features of communication and organizational component, described modes, types, levels and forms of academic communication outlined the main directions of the organization COLE means of distribution rights of access and organization. This model can be a base for secondary schools of all types and forms of education, it gives a complete picture of COLE opportunities for the organization of the educational process, provides reasonable detail for understanding important processes in the middle of COLE CEI including learning mobility, communication, cooperation and collaboration of learning.
