Abstract

Global information networks are inseparable from the life of society complex social, informational and legal phenomenon. On the Internet a huge focus of variety of information. This information is also used in certain purposes. Protecting the results of creativity, copyright is directly related to the protection of individual freedom, human rights in general. Most plagiarism is reflected in the attribution of authorship to someone else's intellectual work results by publishing them under your name. Plagiarism possible and partial use of another's work or without quoting the source. An important method of protection against plagiarism is to check the work programs of comparative analysis of texts. To this end was made of three research programs.
