Abstract

The main form of scientific institutions of scientific research. The problem of information research, regardless of their subject area related to the organization, planning, control and monitoring of their implementation, the process management that encompasses institutional sphere such as the national socio-economic system. Financing activities and management under this system mainly from the state budget and is governed by state regulations. It provides a structured workflow and business processes that accompany the implementation of scientific research is a prerequisite for consideration of scientific management as the main problems of their information. As management processes are done by management and group work with different types of documents, the computerization of research activities should be considered primarily in the context of processes and functionality of electronic document management systems (EDS).
