Abstract

Classification of electronic educational resources is substantiated. Psychological and pedagogical requirements to electronic learning tools (ELT) are defined. It is proved that scientific and methodical examination of use of ELT and their quality assurance is advantageously carried out by using methods for testing and expert assessments of the quality of ELT. Hardware specifications and requirements of the safe learning computer complex are substantiated.
