Abstract

The concepts and terminology of the research of the evaluation of the educational information-communication technologies are defined; the current state of the legal provision of psychological and pedagogical requirements to educational ICT are analyzed; the classification and parameterization of psychological and pedagogical indicators of quality of the electronic learning tools are substantiated.
