Abstract

The formation and use of electronic information resources (EIR) is one of the key problems of creating a unified information and educational space. EIR are formed as a result of the work of public authorities and public and private enterprises, scientific, educational and social organizations. They include information and knowledge, as well as the linguistic means used to describe a specific subject area and for access to information and knowledge. In the process of formation and use of information resources is the collection, processing, storage, retrieval and delivery of information data according to user requests.
