Abstract

Developed, analyzed and justified principles of the structure and functionality of a network of resource centers. Grounded organizational and pedagogical prerequisites for the establishment and implementation of a network of resource centers of distance learning. The techniques of operations research and resource centers to provide distance learning services; indicators and criteria for determining the effectiveness of distance learning; experimental tools for remote monitoring and diagnosis of the ICT competence of teachers and students. Developed guidelines for the organization and operation of resource centers learning technology using the network.
