Abstract
The theoretical generalization and the new solution of the scientific problem of activities’ psychophysiological provision are presented in the dissertation. The choice of human adaptation abilities as an object of measures of activities’ psychophysiological provision is validated. Optimisation is considered as a conceptual variant of influence on the adaptation abilities. The general optimisation algorithm of human adaptation abilities in activities’ psychophysiological provision is suggested. The algorithm, consisting of three stages, can be used in various kinds of activities. The classification of research and optimisation methods has been built, as well as the principles of their selection and application in activities’ psychophysiological provision. The developed algorithm has been successfully tested on the material of educational activities of pupils in different age groups, educational activities of higher school students and professional activities of teachers.
