Abstract

The article analyzes the levels of staff’s attitudes to change in educational organizations (‘traditionalist’, ‘realist’, and ‘freethinker’). The author analyzed the levels of educational organizations’ culture types that included the power culture, role culture, task culture, and personality culture). The author revealed the relationship between the levels of educational organization staff’s attitudes to change and the levels of educational organizations’ culture types.
