Abstract
Finnish experience in the sphere of reformation of education service system is analysed. The authors recommend to use positive achievements of the Finnish system of education in Ukraine in practice (one and only compulsory examination, to assess knowledge of pupils starting from the 6th form, preschool education is not compulsory etc.).
