Abstract

Defining the goals of training future teachers that am displayed in the educational qualification characteristics must take into account the dynamics of the learning environment, the emergence and implementation in the educational process of new learning tools, which are significantly different from traditional features by mediating of knowledge and experience of its creators. Objectives and organization of the process of preparation of students of pedagogical universities should be developing their basic techniques and methods of use of the new generation in order to implement innovative methods and forms of education.
