Abstract

Laboratory of open education systems is a scientific structural division of the Research institute of postgraduate pedagogical education of the State Higher Educational Institution "University of Educational Management ", National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine. It implements scientific, methodological and organizational activities to develop theoretical and methodological foundations designing learning technologies and implements regulations and technologies of open education to an open postgraduate pedagogical education.
