Abstract

The article deals with the science of information management activities of research (GDR) in the National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences (NAPS) of Ukraine. It is shown that the information system as a tool of information that belongs to a class of electronic document management systems, providing a basis for corporate organization performing research. We consider the specifics of documents and feature business process management research activities, analyzes the requirements for information system. Submitted information system "Research", which aims to support documentary automation planning, control, monitoring, psychological and educational research in the NAPS Ukraine. The system is designed as a corporate intranet portal planning.edu-ua.net based on MS SharePoint with a set of applications and document templates developed under the regulatory framework for the management of scientific activity in Ukraine. Defined goals and objectives of the system described in the subject area, document type, the results of the analysis of requirements for IP "Research". The method of construction of information system model (more than 50 documents, over 300 joint fields), applications for document processing at fields of MS Offic without reference to database synchronization changes in documents processing tabular data sequence design back part and the front part of the system . The features of the approach to system implementation. The above argument of novelty and innovativeness of the proposed method and system implementation. The results of testing and implementation. Submitted by the prospect of a system consisting in the integration of budgeting organization, carrying out scientific research.
