Abstract

Evaluation of psycho-pedagogical indicators of educational software quality falls into the limelight due to the large variety of technological implementation of e-learning systems and methods and their application. Some conclusions on general trends of quality and development of educational software used in educational institutions of Ukraine could be made, in particular, by the results of summarizing national competition of electronic learning resources held within the National Project "Open World" 03/20/12.
