Abstract
The author analyzes the importance of development of educationists’ tolerance components as a prerequisite of the organizational culture development in educational institutions. The article discusses the results of an empirical investigation of the levels of educationists’ tolerance components and their correlations with the components of organizational culture. The ethical-normative, activity-and-style, personal-semantic, and cognitive components of educationists’ tolerance were shown to most tightly correlate with the index and components of organizational culture of educational institutions.
