Abstract
In the article, it is stated that the value of functions and the tasks of the integrationт of the natural cycle articles, the features of the realization of the interdisciplinary connections are predetermined by the facilities of the Biology school textbook. We are deeply convinced that it is the school textbook which should be the basis of the interdisciplinary approach to teaching Biology. The establishment of an integrated natural-scientifi c worldview, the ecological thinking of students, the civic competence – this is not an whole list of the tasks that can be solved by means of the interdisciplinary connections of a Biology textbook. The inclusion of the analytical tools tutorial in various creative tasks, such as creating mini-projects and presentations will allow students to acquire knowledge independently, to acquire skills and abilities to integrate knowledge from a variety of natural science subjects in the cognitive and practical activities.
