Abstract
The paper presents the results of an empirical investigation of the levels of organizational culture of different types of educational institutions (organic, participative, entrepreneurial, and bureaucratic organizational cultures). The commonest types of organizational culture of educational organizations were shown to be the organic and participative types while the least frequent - the business and bureaucratic types of organizational culture. Correlation analysis found associations between the types of educational organizations’ culture and their organizational factors.
