Abstract

On the basis of the empirical investigation the author analyzes the levels of development of the organizational culture components (work, communication, management, motivation and morality) and a general measure of organizational culture (organizational culture index ) of educational organizations. The factors that affected the assessment of the level of organizational culture were shown to include the type of educational organization, the number of people working in it, the length of the organization's life, and the organization's location).
