Abstract
The current state and prospects of research of evaluating the quality and standardization of requirements to ICT for learning purposes are characterized. The systematization of electronic educational resources (EER) according to their role and place in the organization of the educational process is made. The psychological and pedagogical requirements to electronic tools and resources intended for use in schools are scientifically grounded. The classification and parameterization of indicators, and the methodological principles of examination of EER's quality are substantiated. It is revealed that such examination is worth to be realized through using the methods based on approbation and expert evaluations. The pedagogical requirements to hardware and software tools of computer learning complex are determined.
