Abstract

These theses examine the concept of an information-analytical educational hub as a structural-functional mechanism for organizing the open information space of a higher education institution. The study substantiates the need to shift from the fragmented use of digital resources toward a holistic ecosystem that integrates learning materials, analytical tools, and communication channels. It analyzes the hub’s architectural components, its role in the digitalization of the educational process, and its function in supporting the academic mobility of faculty and students. A model for implementing the hub within the higher education environment is proposed, taking into account the specific training requirements for specialists in the fields of technology and graphic design. It is demonstrated that the systematization of open resources via analytical modules enhances the quality of learning, reduces information overload, and fosters the development of digital competence among participants in the educational process.
