Abstract

The article examines the preservation of an individual’s psychological well-being amidst a full-scale war and social uncertainty within the educational environment. It defines the structure of psychological well-being, analyzes manifestations of post-traumatic stress reactions at various levels, and outlines key internal and external resources for overcoming crises (such as coping strategies, emotional self-regulation, social support, and resilience). Particular attention is focused on implementing a trauma-informed approach and effective methods of psychological support within educational institutions to facilitate the psychological recovery of all participants in the educational process.
