Abstract

The article substantiates the relevance of integrating coaching technologies into the modern open education landscape. The author analyzes the transformation of traditional educational paradigms in the context of the information society and defines the role of coaching as an innovative form of scientific and methodological support for learners. The paper details the key principles of coaching interaction, specifically subject-subject partnership, awareness, and future orientation. Particular attention is paid to practical tools, such as the GROW model and SMART criteria, which facilitate the construction of individual educational trajectories. It is proved that coaching acts as a catalyst for the development of soft skills and professional autonomy, ensuring lifelong learning continuity.
