Abstract

These methodological recommendations address key psychological issues regarding the formation and development of the individual within the uncertain landscape of the modern educational space. The text presents practical approaches for developing an individual’s psychological resources, fostering resilience, building health-promoting competencies, enhancing stress resistance, and unlocking the creative potential of participants in the educational process. Special attention is given to the psychological support of children and youth amidst societal transformations, the development of life resilience, the realization of students' cognitive and creative potential, and support for children with special educational needs. It also explores the transformation of the professional role of higher education instructors in an environment of increasing uncertainty. The recommendations aim to strengthen an individual’s adaptive capacity, mobilize internal resources, and foster the psychological readiness required to function effectively within a dynamic educational environment. This publication is intended for psychologists, educators, higher education faculty, social workers, researchers, students, and anyone interested in the psychological development of the individual in the face of contemporary societal challenges.
