Abstract

The presentation outlines the main findings of the research project entitled “Andragogical Foundations of the Professional Development of Academic and Teaching Staff in Higher Education Institutions through Non-Formal and Informal Education,” conducted by researchers from the Department of Andragogy at the Ivan Ziaziun Institute of Pedagogical Education and Adult Education of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine in 2023–2025. The report was presented at a meeting of the Presidium of the National Academy of Educational Sciences of Ukraine in February 2026.
