Abstract

This monograph presents the results of theoretical and empirical research into individual psychological resources within the context of the uncertainty characterizing the modern educational landscape. The research objectives are addressed through the lens of contemporary methodological approaches in psychology, enabling a comprehensive study of personal resources as a crucial factor in resilience, development, and effective functioning within the educational environment. The work outlines the theoretical, methodological, and psychological foundations for studying personal resources; examines the psychological resources used by primary school students to overcome neurotic manifestations; substantiates the significance of the personal dimension amidst uncertainty; and analyzes the conflict between educational paradigms using modern neuropsychological and psychosemantic approaches. Significant attention is devoted to investigating the psychological resources for development, adaptation, and self-realization among participants in the educational process; the text explores resilience, adaptation resources, and the factors determining students' readiness to operate in changing conditions, as well as the psychological aspects of self-actualization among university students during their studies. This publication is intended for researchers, higher education faculty, practicing psychologists, educators, and university students. Authors are personally responsible for the content of the submitted materials, the reliability of the data provided, the correctness of citations, and adherence to the principles of academic integrity.
