Abstract

The materials describe how institutional autonomy, support for professional communities, close cooperation with employers, and the digitization of professional development in Denmark are key factors in the successful modernization of the teaching profession. For Ukraine, adapting these elements could be an important step toward improving the quality of professional education and ensuring its alignment with contemporary economic challenges.
