Abstract

The monograph is devoted to the theoretical and methodological foundations for the use of open science systems in the professional development of pedagogical and academic staff. The study substantiates conceptual approaches to understanding open science as an environment for professional development; clarifies the components, indicators, and levels of open science competence of pedagogical and academic staff; develops a model and methodological system for the use of open science systems; presents basic and specialized methods for its implementation; and provides the results of a pedagogical experiment and expert evaluation of the methodological system. The monograph is intended for pedagogical, academic, and research staff; postgraduate and doctoral students; employees of educational institutions, research institutions, scientific libraries, professional development centres, and organizers of advanced training; as well as all specialists interested in implementing the principles of open science and artificial intelligence tools in educational, scientific, and professional development activities.
