Abstract

The purpose of this publication is to justify the theoretical foundations for using FAIR as a tool for developing soft skills in future professionals. It has been demonstrated that the FAIR principles are an effective methodological tool for developing soft skills, as they transform abstract requirements (communication skills, organization, critical thinking) into concrete, measurable actions involving data and documents.
