Abstract

The publication examines contemporary capabilities of generative artificial intelligence in the context of editorial board activities of electronic publications. Specific application scenarios are presented, along with their advantages and limitations. The policies and practices of electronic publishers – Wikipedia, Encyclopaedia Britannica, Elsevier, and Information Technologies and Learning Tools – are compared.
