Abstract

The transformation of teaching psychological and pedagogical training in higher education institutions is due to the standards of higher education aimed at the formation of key, professional and soft competencies. This contributes to the innovation of professional activity and creates a basis for the renewal of the educational environment in the face of modern challenges. A personally oriented, student-centered and personalized approach meets the goals of sustainable development, labor market requirements and social needs.
