Abstract

The digitalization of the educational process as a factor in the development of open education is substantiated. The relationship between digitalization, digital transformation and open education as processes that ensure accessibility, flexibility and quality of learning is determined. The role of digital technologies in the formation of a barrier-free educational environment, the development of inclusivity and the expansion of access to knowledge is substantiated. It is proven that digitalization is the fundamental basis for the implementation of open education and increasing the efficiency of the educational process.
