Abstract

The article addresses the issue of ensuring the quality of professional and practical training of future specialists in the construction industry under the global challenges of the modern world. Emphasis is placed on the integration of international standards, the implementation of innovative educational technologies, and the development of competencies required for successful professional activity in the context of dynamic socio-economic changes. Contemporary approaches to the organization of practical training are analyzed, the factors influencing the quality of training are identified, and the prospects for the development of the vocational education system in the construction sector are outlined. The findings of the study are aimed at improving the educational process and enhancing the competitiveness of future specialists.
