Abstract

The publication systematizes the materials of the methodological seminar held on April 2, 2026, in particular: methodological principles of the transformation of vocational education and its adaptation to the challenges of the labor market and social changes; digital transformation of education, in particular the use of digital technologies, artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms in vocational training, educational risk management and improving the quality of education; conceptual principles of vocational guidance, career counseling and human capital development; innovative pedagogical and production technologies aimed at updating the content and methods of training specialists in various fields; modern approaches to the development of pedagogical education, professional identity and stress resistance of teachers in conditions of crisis challenges, as well as the European vector of vocational education development in international partnership, quality and analysis of best practices. Considerable attention is paid to highlighting the interdisciplinary approach to the development of professional and specialized pre-higher education as an important condition for the formation of human capital and the post-war recovery of Ukraine. Addressed to teaching staff of educational institutions of various types, scientists, postgraduate and doctoral students, education managers, business representatives and all those interested in the development of professional education in modern conditions.
