Abstract
The methodological case is dedicated to the use of digital platforms, information and analytical systems, artificial intelligence services and online resources in the professional activities of the head of a general secondary education institution. The publication reveals the possibilities of digital tools for the automation of management activities, the organization of electronic document flow, educational data analytics, personnel management, professional development of teaching staff, the development of digital, foreign language competence and financial literacy. The methodological case presents practical algorithms for working with the information systems AICOM, "Yedyna Shkola", the Single Certification System, as well as modern educational platforms Duolingo, Prometheus, Coursera and other digital services. Particular attention is paid to the use of digital technologies for making management decisions, organizing monitoring of the educational process, developing professional mobility of the head of the GSEI and implementing innovative approaches to managing an educational institution. The publication is addressed to heads of general secondary education institutions, pedagogical workers, employees of education management bodies, teachers of postgraduate pedagogical education institutions, postgraduate students, scientific and pedagogical workers and everyone who is interested in the issues of digital transformation of education and the development of professional competence of the head of the general secondary education institution.
