Abstract
The information and digital environment of an English teacher should be considered not only as a set of platforms and services, but as a living professional space that combines digital resources, pedagogical solutions, communication and daily interaction with students. It is in this environment that the goals of foreign language education are realized, competencies are formed and the teacher’s professional growth takes place. Monitoring in this context appears not as a formal control procedure, but as a systematic and purposeful process of comprehension: collecting, analyzing and interpreting data on the state, development and effectiveness of the functioning of this environment. Its purpose is to provide feedback, identify growth points and support qualitative changes.
