Abstract

Methodological recommendations "Tools for monitoring the effectiveness of the information and digital environment of general secondary education institutions", published by the Institute for Digitalization of Education of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine in 2025, offer a practical approach to the assessment and development of the information and digital environment. The document consistently considers the conceptual and methodological principles of the information and digital environment, its structure, components and functions, regulatory and legal guidelines for the digitalization of education, approaches to the design and development of the information and digital environment, tools for assessing the digital readiness of teachers, organizational and management mechanisms for implementing digital changes, and monitoring the effectiveness of the information and digital environment as the final stage of managing the quality of the digital environment.
