Abstract

The theses analyse the role of information and analytical resources in the development of open education and science within the process of forming a unified educational information space. Particular attention is given to modern approaches to the creation and use of open scientific and educational resources in European Union countries, especially in Poland and the Baltic States. The experience of developing national digital platforms for open science, electronic repositories and information-analytical systems providing access to research results and educational materials is highlighted. Based on the generalisation of international practices, directions for the development of information and analytical support for open education and science in Ukraine are outlined.
