Abstract
In the context of recent initiatives associated with a radical departure from the traditional model of education and its expansion beyond subject boundaries into the domains of applied philology, psychology, communication, leadership, and career guidance, the problematic triad has been brought to the forefront and thoroughly examined: the textbook as a medium, a constructor of educational content, and a model for its use; logomatics as an innovative authorial method and a mediator between educational content and the processes of its acquisition; and the psychological dimension of the impact of the educational process on the student’s personal development. Particular emphasis is placed on the need for a scientifically grounded definition of the nomenclature of subjects and integrated courses, the development of content, and the accurate use of terminology in order to prevent potential risks. A balanced conceptual position is proposed – one that educational systems typically take decades to develop.
