Abstract

The authors present an overview of the outcomes of the scientific and practical online conference ‘Actualisation of Scientific and Analytical Support for the Unified Information Space of Open Education’, which took place on 25 March 2026. The event was hosted by the V. O. Sukhomlynskyi State Scientific and Educational Library of Ukraine as part of the 17th International Exhibition ‘Modern Educational Institutions’ and Forum SOIS, 2026. The report highlights the key aspects of the event. The welcoming addresses emphasised the significance of partnership, interaction, and scientific communication. The content of keynote reports by leading scholars is disclosed, covering the conceptual context of adaptive scientific and analytical support for the unified information space of open education, methodological approaches, and the conceptual ideas and principles of open education. Furthermore, the reports address the formation of psychological resilience among participants in the educational process within an open information space, and the development of the scientific and information infrastructure of libraries. The electronic resources of the V. Sukhomlynskyi State Scientific and Educational Library of Ukraine were also presented as a factor in enhancing pedagogical competence within an open educational space.
