Abstract

The article focuses on current aspects of using educational technologies in the professional and practical training of future specialists in energy-efficient construction under the conditions of the transformation of the vocational education system and Ukraine’s post-war recovery. The necessity of updating the content, forms, and methods of professional training has been substantiated, given the modern requirements of the construction industry, which align with the principles of energy efficiency, sustainable development, and environmental safety. The research employs methods of scientific analysis and synthesis, comparative analysis of educational practices, and prediction. Key challenges in training specialists in energy-efficient construction, arising from the digitalization of production processes, the implementation of European energy efficiency standards, and the need to restore destroyed infrastructure, have been analyzed. The potential of innovative educational technologies is emphasized as a means of developing professional competencies, project-based skills, and critical thinking to put knowledge intoreal-world practice. The article outlines effective educational technologies, including project-based and problem-oriented learning, the case method, digital simulators, elements of dual education, and interdisciplinary integration. The expediency of systematically implementing these methods in the training of future energy-efficient construction specialists is substantiated as a key factor for improving educational quality and meeting modern labour market demands. The practical significance of the study lies in the potential to implement these results within vocational education institutions. This study outlines prospects for improving vocational education, with a focus on training specialists capable of implementing strategic solutions for Ukraine’s post-war recovery and sustainable construction development.
